Questions
Before you book
Do you take walk-ins?
Sets are by appointment. If a chair is open late, we'll take a repair or a removal without one, so text us first.
How do I book?
Choose a service and an artist on the booking page, or text the studio. Then send your reference picture.
How long does a set take?
A finish on your own nails takes about an hour to an hour and a half. Soft-gel extensions take two to two and a half hours, and detailed art adds more. The booking page shows the time.
What's the difference between chrome, cat-eye, holographic and glazed?
Chrome is a metallic powder buffed over color. Cat-eye is a magnetic gel that forms a moving line of shimmer. Holographic is a fine rainbow sparkle. Glazed is a sheer, pearly wash.
Do I need to book removal first?
Yes, if your nails were done elsewhere. Removal comes before the set so we can start from your natural nail.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Text it to the studio ahead of your visit, and we'll plan the time and the design level.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. Please don't pull it off yourself.
How do you clean your tools?
We clean and disinfect metal tools between clients, and each client gets a new file and buffer. Ask us at the visit and we'll show you how.
Can I bring a friend?
One guest per client may sit with you. The studio is small, so please let us know when you book.
How does pricing work?
Prices depend on the base, the finish, the design level and the artist, and they show on the booking page. How pricing works explains each one.
How does tipping work?
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one by card or in cash when your set is done.
