How pricing works
Shimmer's prices show on the booking page, where you choose a service and an artist. This is what moves them.
What decides the price
Five things: the base (your own nails or a soft-gel set), the length and shape, the finish, how much art goes on top, and the artist's level. The booking page shows the studio's price for the service you choose.

What the consultation covers
Before your day, send a reference picture. We settle the base, the finish and the design level together, and tell you how long the set takes. If the plan changes on the day, we tell you the time and the price first.
Deposits
No deposit. Booking holds your chair and the time the set needs, and we ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to move it.
Each of the four design levels has its own time, and each artist's level is shown on the booking page. More art takes more time, and the price follows the time.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Art on one more nail, charms, a second finish color or a repair are added to a set, timed first and priced second. If you want one added on the day, we tell you both before we start.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one by card or in cash when your set is done.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card can be any amount and is bought online or at the studio. It's good for any service, and it isn't a package.
