Our policies

Please read these before you book. If anything doesn't work for your schedule, message us and we'll find a way.

Booking and deposits

Sets are by appointment, booked on the booking page or by text. We don't take a deposit. Booking holds your chair and the time your set needs, and a late slot is as easy to book as an early one.

Canceling and running late

Please tell us 24 hours ahead if you need to move or cancel. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we shorten the art to fit. After that we may move you to another night.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss an appointment without a message, we'll offer you the next open time and may ask you to confirm it by text first. Night shifts run long; if yours did, tell us and we'll work it out.

Children and companions

Our sets are for clients 16 and older, and anyone under 18 comes with a parent or guardian. The studio is small, so one guest per client may sit with you.

Patch tests and allergies

Tell us if you've reacted to a nail product, or if you have a cut or an irritated nail. We can tell you every product we use, and we may ask you to see your doctor first.

If you're not happy

Tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. Please don't pick or pull off gel yourself; book a removal and we'll take it off.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one by card or in cash when your set is done.

Before your visit

Book removal first if your nails were done elsewhere. Send a reference picture or two ahead, eat something before a long set, and arrive a few minutes early so we start on time.

When to ask your doctor first

If you have diabetes, a skin condition, an injury or an infection on your hands, check with your doctor before a set. We'll tell you if we'd rather you did.
